Change of mind Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy. 14-days from the day the package are delivered.

CoraMisa does not cover the cost of returning these items. The buyer can choose the courier to ship it back to us, and the buyer is responsible to both pay for, and ship the order within 3 days after contacting us to make a return.

Please keep in mind we do not assume any responsibility if you choose your own courier, if the parcel is lost or does not arrive.

 

Once we have received the buyers parcel it can take up to 7 working days to process.

 

Size Exchange

If you would like to exchange the size of your order, you have 14-days to contact us from the day the order is delivered.

Faulty Item

Our products goes to quality control before shipment, however some faulty items will still slip through. If you have received a faulty item, please contact our mail contact@coramisa.com and provide us with your order number and a photo of the faulty item. Faulty items can be exchanged or fully refunded to original payment method. We will provide you with a return label, which we will cover the cost.

Wrong Item 

If you have received the wrong item, please contact our mail contact@coramisa.com and provide us with your order number and a photo of the wrong item. Wrong items can be exchanged or fully refunded to original payment method. We will provide you with a return label, which we will cover the cost.

SHIPPING COST WILL NOT BE REFUNDED 

Return Process

  1. Contact our mail contact@coramisa.com
  2. Provide us with your order number, a photo of the item & the original packaging.
  3. Within 3 days we will reply with address that you can return to (if return is accepted).
  4. Ship the package within 3 days from the day return is accepted.
  5. Provide us with the tracking number.
  6. When we have received the return, and the items have passed our inspection process we will refund you within 7 days.
