This website is operated by LOPAS AS (org. no. 929 025 539), Ørnetua 12, 6009 Ålesund, Norway, trading as CoraMisa. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to LOPAS AS / CoraMisa. CoraMisa offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you have your parent's or guardian's consent to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service.

We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any lawful reason at any time.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. Material on this site is provided for general information only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but have no obligation to update any information on our site.

SECTION 4 - PRICES, VAT AND IMPORT DUTIES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
For orders shipped to the European Union, prices displayed at checkout include VAT, charged at the rate applicable in the destination country under the EU VAT One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme.
For orders shipped to Norway and other countries outside the EU, we ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis where available, meaning applicable VAT and import duties are calculated and included at checkout. Where DDP is not available, VAT, import duties, customs fees, and any local taxes are not included in the order price and are the customer's responsibility, payable to the customs authority or carrier upon import. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice, and shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such price change, suspension or discontinuance.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Certain products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities.
We have made every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible; we cannot guarantee that your device's display will be fully accurate.
We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and to discontinue any product at any time.
This section does not limit your legal guarantee rights described in Section 7 below.

SECTION 6 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU/EEA CUSTOMERS)
If you are a consumer located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@coramisa.com within that period. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us. While not a legal requirement outside the EU/EEA, we extend the same 14-day return policy to all customers.

SECTION 7 - LEGAL GUARANTEE FOR DEFECTIVE GOODS
Separately from your right of withdrawal above, you have a statutory right to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund if an item has a manufacturing defect or does not conform to its description at the time of delivery, for 2 years from delivery. This does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, or accidental damage after delivery. This right is not limited by, or conditional on, our 14-day return window. SECTION 8 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order. We may attempt to notify you by email or phone if we change or cancel an order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to promptly update it as needed.

SECTION 9 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools over which we have no control. Such tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, and any use of them is at your own risk and discretion.

SECTION 10 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Certain content and links on this site may direct you to third-party websites not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, products, or services of any third party. Please review third parties' own policies before engaging in any transaction with them.

SECTION 11 - USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

To the extent permitted by law, LOPAS AS, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or where such limitation is not permitted under mandatory consumer protection law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LOPAS AS and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim made by a third party arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or violation of any law or third-party right.

SECTION 17 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

SECTION 18 - TERMINATION
These Terms of Service remain in effect unless terminated by you or us. We may terminate this agreement and deny you access to the Service at any time if you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms.

SECTION 19 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns, Refunds & Exchanges policy, and Shipping & Delivery policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements.

SECTION 20 - GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Norway. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protections granted to you by mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
Disputes shall primarily be resolved amicably; failing that, before the courts of Norway, or, where mandatory consumer law entitles you to it, before the competent court or consumer authority in your own country of residence. EU consumers can also contact their national consumer dispute resolution body via the European Consumer Centres Network (eccnet.eu).

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
