Orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre in the Netherlands.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed.

DELIVERY TIME
* Netherlands: 1-2 business days after dispatch.
* Nearby EU countries: 1-3 business days after dispatch.
* Rest of the EU: up to 6 business days after dispatch.
* United Kingdom: 2-5 business days after dispatch.
* Switzerland: 4-5 business days after dispatch.
* Rest of world: typically 5-10 business days after dispatch, though some destinations can take longer.
These are estimates, not guarantees — delays can occasionally happen once a package is with the carrier.

SHIPPING COSTS
Calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. Free shipping is available on orders over €200.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to any import duties, and VAT is included in the price.
For the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) where reasonably possible, meaning import duties and taxes are included at checkout. Where we instead use a non-DDP shipping option, import duties and taxes are not included and are payable by the customer to the carrier or customs authority on import.
For all other destinations outside the EU, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the order price and are the customer's responsibility, payable upon import. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

IF YOUR ORDER IS LATE
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time above, contact us at contact@coramisa.com and we'll look into it with the carrier. If we're unable to deliver within a reasonable additional period after that, you're entitled to cancel your order for a full refund.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
The risk for your order stays with us until it's actually delivered to you. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged in transit, contact contact@coramisa.com — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, at no cost to you.
